What is Payback Incentives?

What’s the catch?

There is no catch — no hidden fees* that you’ll get hit with suddenly. The fact is we get a discount from our e-gift card merchants, which is where we make our money to support the system. So that means you just purchase the points you want to give and your employees get the true value of that gift — period.

And each point costs $1 and has a value of $1. So you want to give someone 25 points? No problem. They receive 25 points and then they can purchase a $25 e-gift card from the merchant of their choice. There’s nothing lost in the translation between what you want to give them and what they actually get. No “carnival” pricing schemes (“Gee look – I could get a plastic whistle for just 68,500 points.  I feel so valued.”) and no hidden fees that diminish the award value.

Our Advanced Plan and our Pro Plan are built especially for organizations that want to assign points to others so they can request grants for participants. This is perfect for peer-to-peer programs — or to allow managers or VP’s to reward their direct reports. You can have auto-approve on award requests — or you can set up single- or dual-level approvals for each request. And you’ll have access to additional reporting, site customization, and more.

The Advanced Plan costs just $29.99 per month for 100 participants, and the Pro Plan costs just $99 per month for an unlimited number of participants. Those costs aren’t per participant — they cover every participant you have.
